i love vintage

Over the past weekend, I had the opportunity to go to Amsterdam to explore the city for a couple of days. And I must say that I loved every minute of it, Amsterdam is definitely one of my favorite city's yet! It's so gorgeous and thriving with tourists and locals, but it still feels quaint, well depending on what part of town you are in that is. On Saturday, my friends and I went to visit the Anne Frank House, which I highly recommend going to if you ever visit Amsterdam, it was a great experience. After touring the Anne Frank House we strolled along  the canal, which the museum was on, where we found this amazing store called i <3 vintage or I love vintage. I feel in love instantly!! The store is absolutely amazing, when you walk in there is a front portion of the store dedicated to fashion, accessories and shoes that are all vintage inspired. In the back half of the store they have storage for everything vintage and this is also where they conduct photo shoots for their website. On their website you not only can purchase the vintage inspired merchandise they sell in store, but you can also purchase the vintage goods that are not displayed in the store. It would have been nice to see some of the vintage apparel on the racks, but they do have an interactive touch screen in the front of the store where customers can scan through what vintage goods they do have and they can try on the piece right in the store to make sure it's a good fit. Not only were all of the clothes amazing, but the store atmosphere and aesthetic was also awesome. One of my favorite parts was the dressing rooms which were layer upon layers of tulle, neatly tied back with ribbon when not occupied. However, the best part for me, is that they ship to the U.S., so this has of course become my new favorite store!
